Professional Goals, Hopes and Dreams

What are the issues regarding quality and early childhood professionals being discussed where you live and work? I want to answer this question in my experience in Turkey. Whether there is a need for early childhood education, which teachers in many different branches are still discussing, and even our administrators talk about pre-school as a simple job that is played. The fact that this problem has not been solved at all levels of life and still in the USA and discussing it shows that the solution is complicated. The other problem is that early childhood care is the lowest-paid occupation due to a lack of adequate compensation. What opportunities and/or requirements for professional development exist? There are many opportunities and shortcomings for professional development in this area. The shortage is due to a variety of reasons, but one of those reasons is training requirements.
