Sharing Web Resources

NAEYC

I chose to view the NAEYC, the National Association for the Education of Young Children. According to NAEYC, Vision is "all young children thrive and learn in a society dedicated to ensuring they reach their full potential (https://mdaeyc.org/about-us/)."

Mission Statement is "NAEYC promotes high-quality early learning for all children, birth through age 8, by connecting practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children (https://mdaeyc.org/about-us/)."

A lot of simple and understandable information can be accessed through our studies, resources, activities, accreditations, participation, and about us.

They have blogs and resources that ensure families, professionals, public policy and advocacy, global engagement, and education programs. These topics really caught my attention because I can reach a lot of information for someone like me, who has started to establish a new life in a different country. The fact that there are many resources where I can learn the education system brought this website closer.

I reach an article that gives me information about starting out as a young professional and when you are seeking your first job, you should.
