     When I consider working with children and their families from different backgrounds, I hope to design educational environments to make them feel welcomed and included, understood. I definitely hope that I will not micro-aggression any individual and respect their individuality with my words and actions.        My purpose for the early childhood field related to diversity, equality, and social justice is to provide an educational environment without prejudice. While they receive early childhood education, children's culture, languages, colors, and behaviors must respect.      I gained different kind points of perspective from my classmates the posts and comments. It was important for my development to follow discussion groups, understand them, and be informed of different experiences. I appreciate everyone for this.  Dr. McCarty! The country that caught my attention while I was navigating the world map. I found it interesting when I examined its history and culture. Surinam , officially known as the Republic of Suriname , is a country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America. French Guiana bordered it to the east, Guyana to the west, and Brazil to the sou th.               It is the smallest sovereign country in South America at just under 165,000 square kilometers. Suriname has a population of approximately 575,990, most of whom live on the country's north coast, in and around the capital and largest city, Paramaribo. Suriname is the only sovereign nation outside Europe where Dutch is the official and current government, business, media, and education language.
